Alexandre Moustardier

Alexandre Moustardier has developed an advisory and litigation activity, upstream and downstream, in environmental law and town planning / construction law with institutions, SMEs / SMIs, industrialists, developers, companies involved in particular in cement and quarrying, energy, agrifood, chemicals, waste treatment, etc.

Managing Partner of the firm ATMOS Avocats (formerly named Selarl Huglo Lepage & Associés until December 31, 2017), Alexandre Moustardier has developed, for twenty-five years, a specific expertise in industrial environment recognized by Best Layers in 2018.

Alexandre Moustardier holds a specialization in environmental law. He also holds a DEA in Environmental Law (Paris I - Panthéon-Sorbonne), and a DESS in Public International Law (Paris XI - Jean Monnet).

Former member of the National Bar Council and former member of the Council of the Paris Bar Association, he has been in charge of the management of the construction project of the Maison des Avocats on the site of the new civil court of Paris.

He is co-author of the latest editions of the Administrative Justice Code and the Environmental Code, he is also a member of the Editorial Board of the Bulletin of Industrial Environment Law.
