Recognized in Ones to Watch since 2024 Alexandra maintains a broad practice assisting provincially and federally regulated employers on a wide range of workplace matters, including wrongful dismissal disputes, human rights claims, labour relation disputes, occupational health and safety matters and employment standards issues. She brings a pragmatic, solutions‑focused approach to her day‑to‑day advisory work on hiring, disciplining and terminating, workplace policies, employment agreements, accommodation matters and issues arising from mergers, acquisitions, and integrations.
Alexandra has represented employers in proceedings at a number of courts and administrative tribunals, including the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Small Claims Court, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.
