Alexandra Teodorescu

Alexandra is a partner in the commercial litigation department at Blaney McMurtry LLP. She provides strategic business and legal advice to a wide range of stakeholders, including debtors, creditors, lenders, employees and Court-appointed officials in restructurings under the Companies’ Creditor Arrangement Act and bankruptcies and proposals under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. Clients regularly consult Alexandra on issues relating to enforcement of creditors’ rights, asset sales and acquisitions, receiverships and all aspects of corporate arrangements. Alexandra has litigated bankruptcy and insolvency matters at both the trial and appellate level.
