Alexandra Maurer counsels clients on international trade laws and regulations, including anti-dumping and countervailing duty proceedings, trade policy, and international agreements. Ms. Maurer also has experience advising companies on matters related to custom regulations administered by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), sanctions administered by the U.S. Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and export controls administered by the U.S. Commerce Department’s Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS). She previously interned at the Office of the United States Trade Representative, where she analyzed complex legal issues regarding unfair trade practices, methodologies for calculating trade remedies, and the enforcement of foreign judgments.
