Alex LaBarge is an attorney with The Bruning Law Firm in St. Louis, Missouri, where she represents injured workers in Workers' Compensation Law - Claimants matters. Her practice focuses on helping employees pursue workers’ compensation benefits after workplace injuries and guiding clients through hearings, mediations, depositions, and other stages of the claims process.
Ms. LaBarge began her legal career after earning her law degree from Saint Louis University School of Law. Early in her practice, she represented claimants in workers’ compensation and personal injury matters at a high-volume litigation firm, where she handled a wide range of cases and gained substantial courtroom and negotiation experience. She later worked in workers’ compensation defense, giving her valuable insight into how employers and insurance carriers evaluate and respond to claims. Today, she uses that experience to advocate for injured workers throughout Missouri.
Drawing from her background representing both claimants and defense interests, Alex works to help clients understand their rights and pursue the medical care and wage benefits available under Missouri workers’ compensation law.
