Alexandra B. "Alex" Ascione

A zealous advocate for her clients, Alexandra Ascione focuses her practice on advising on a wide variety of litigation matters. She represents the interests of individuals and corporations across California.

With experience in virtually all stages of pre-trial litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and trial preparation, Alexandra defends clients in a wide variety of matters, including toxic tort litigation, general liability matters involving high-exposure catastrophic injury and wrongful death, professional liability, construction defect, and product liability. She has handled and managed the many aspects of pre-trial practice, including preparing and arguing motions, drafting pleadings and discovery, and taking and defending party, expert, and fact witness depositions.

Alexandra has also third-chaired trials involving toxic tort litigation and elder abuse.
