Born in Aachen in 1965, Dr. Oliver Nowoczyn studied law in Constance, Geneva (Switzerland) and Freiburg/Breisgau. After completing his legal clerkship in Berlin and Boston, USA, he received his doctorate in European law in Freiburg in 1995.
