Alexander Thiermann

Alexander studied law at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich and the Università degli Studi di Padova (Italy). He completed his legal clerkship in the Munich Higher Regional Court district. Since being admitted to the bar in 2014, he initially worked as a partner in a national commercial law firm from 2021 until the end of 2023. Alexander joined avocado rechtsanwälte at the beginning of 2024.

Alexander is an expert in real estate law and advises his clients on real estate transactions (including due diligence), commercial tenancy law, leasing law, real estate law as well as aspects of condominium law (WEG-Recht). He has particular industry knowledge in the hospitality sector.
