Dr. Patrick Certa chiefly advises clients on matters of corporate law as well as Mergers & Acquisitions transactions and corporate financing. Peter Mailänder studied law at the universities of Freiburg, Bonn, Hamburg, where he also obtained his doctorate (Dr. jur.), and at New York University. He has been admitted to the bar in New York (Attorney-at-Law) since 1994 and admitted to the bar as an attorney in Germany since 1997. He is currently a member of boards of foundations and supervisory boards and a lecturer on various corporate law topics.

Dr. Felix Klemt primarily advises clients in the fields of real estate, building and corporate law.
