Alexander C. Haden

Alex is a senior associate in the litigation and arbitration team at the international law firm, Withersworldwide.

Alex has broad experience representing a wide variety of clients in international arbitration and litigation matters, including advising on complex commercial transactions. He also is extensively involved in pre-litigation, pre-arbitration and settlement stages.

In his pro bono practice, he has represented clients in obtaining various immigration statuses, including Special Immigrant Juvenile status, U visas and asylum. In addition, he has represented pro bono clients in domestic litigation in 42 U.S.C. 1983 claims, fraudulent conveyance claims and divorce proceedings. He also assisted a nonprofit institution in its analysis and publishing of government reports obtained through a Freedom of Information Act action.
