Alexander "AJ" Kritikos

A.J. Kritikos focuses his practice on civil and criminal government enforcement actions, internal investigations, and complex commercial litigation. A.J. has represented clients through all stages of litigation, including jury trials and appeals. A.J. has significant experience representing clients in matters involving federal antitrust law, the False Claims Act, the Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and state and federal healthcare laws and regulations. He also advises clients on and manages responses to civil investigative demands and government subpoenas. A.J. has been recognized as having expertise in administrative law and has provided commentary on leading administrative law issues in national publications, including in the Wall Street Journal.
