Alexa E. Wainscott

Alexa E. Wainscott is part of the Strauss Troy litigation team based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Her practice areas include commercial litigation, business litigation, construction litigation, and contract negotiation.

Before joining Strauss Troy, Alexa gained valuable experience serving as a law clerk in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky in Lexington, working with two federal judges over four years. During law school, she contributed to the Northern Kentucky Law Review as an Articles Editor and interned with the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Born and raised in Cincinnati, Alexa graduated as valedictorian from Madeira High School and is dedicated to building her legal career in the Greater Cincinnati area.
