Alex Freund

Alex counsels public and private companies and executives on all aspects of executive compensation and employee benefits matters.

As an associate in Barack Ferrazzano’s Compensation & Benefits Group, Alex focuses his practice on advising on the design, negotiation, and implementation of executive incentive arrangements and the negotiation of executive employment, transition, and separation agreements. Alex also regularly advises clients on executive compensation and employee benefit aspects of public filings (including annual proxy statements and Form 8-K disclosures), mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital investments.

Prior to joining the firm, Alex was an Executive Compensation associate at Kirkland & Ellis.
