Alex Brent

Alex Brent is an associate in the Healthcare Practice Group. Alex assists clients in the healthcare industry with transactional, operational, and regulatory matters. His practice focuses on assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions, as well as helping clients through issues that arise from the complex nature of operating in a highly regulated industry.

Alex received his J.D. (summa cum laude) from the University of Tennessee College of Law, where he graduated first in his class. He earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee.
