Albert Schröder

Albert Schröder is a lawyer and partner at Friedrich Graf von Westphalen & Partner. He has been working in the corporate law practice group of Friedrich Graf von Westphalen’s Freiburg office since 1993. Albert Schröder is a certified specialist in corporate and commercial law and in tax law. His focus is on corporate law (formations, reorganizations, disputes, business successions) M&A and company acquisitions, private equity, corporate financing, international commercial law and as an arbitrator in arbitration proceedings. Albert Schröder’s clients include national and multinational companies based across Europe.
