Tax-advantaged real estate investments
For more than thirty years I have advised clients in making over $15 billion of real estate investments that provide tax-advantages. These transactions have included sale-leasebacks, new market tax credits, low-income housing tax credits, historic rehabilitation tax credits and energy tax credits.
Clients in varied sectors
My clients have included nationally recognized syndicators, multi-national corporations in all business sectors and national and international banks and investment banks.
Transaction types
Transactions have included private equity advice in structuring multi-investor syndications, public-private partnerships for urban neighborhood revitalizations, creating tax-advantaged investment programs and overseeing investments for corporate treasury and tax departments.
