Alan’s practice includes all types of corporate and securities transactions typically representing privately and closely held companies, but also public companies, private equity firms, capital and hedge funds in a wide variety of industry sectors throughout the U.S. He also frequently represents board special committees in various matters, and senior executives in connection with employment and severance arrangements. Alan's practice is focused on middle market companies.
