Aislinn M. Penkwitz

Aislinn M. Penkwitz is a Partner at Nelson, Krueger & Millenbach LLC in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where she focuses her practice exclusively on family law. She represents individuals and families in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, post-judgment disputes and modifications, paternity actions, child custody and placement matters, child support, restraining orders, and guardian ad litem appointments.

Attorney Penkwitz earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law in 2010. During law school, she served as a lead articles editor on the Creighton Law Review, an experience that strengthened her legal research and writing skills.
