Biography
Adrienne was a sessional instructor in Employment Law at the University of Alberta, Faculty of Law from 2020 until 2023. Adrienne has also authored and co-authored multiple influential scholarly pieces. Outside of her legal practice, she volunteers with the Court of King’s Bench Amicus Program and the Court of Justice Civil Claims Duty Counsel Program.
Adrienne holds various professional memberships, and has been ranked in well-respected directories since 2014. Adrienne articled to The Honourable Mister Justice Frans Slatter at the Alberta Court of Appeal. She obtained her Masters of Law (LL.M.) from the University of Chicago in 2018, focusing on constitutional law and judicial behaviour, and was the recipient of the Law Society of Alberta’s Viscount Bennett Scholarship for her studies there. She obtained her Juris Doctor (J.D.) with Distinction from the University of Alberta in 2015. She was recognized on the Dean’s List throughout law school, the class-elected Valedictorian and the recipient of the Judges’ Bronze Medal in Law for standing 3rd overall in her graduating class.
