Adriana Ruiz Robinson

Adriana Robinson, Senior Attorney, focuses her practice on family-based immigration and removal defense work. She is dedicated to providing the best representation for her clients. Adriana represents individuals before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS), the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), and the Board of Immigration Appeals. Adriana also has significant experience representing clients before different U.S. Consulates worldwide.

Adriana has successfully obtained asylum, cancellation of removal, withholding of removal, U status, unlawful presence waivers, 212(h) waivers, and special immigrant juvenile status for her clients. She also represents clients with complex naturalization cases and clients with I-751 petitions with complicated issues. Adriana is known for developing excellent rapport with her clients, who find her easy to open up to, enabling them to provide her with the information needed to obtain positive outcomes.

Prior to attending law school, Adriana worked for Georgia’s Civil Rights Department—The Georgia Commission on Equal Opportunity – investigating cases of unlawful discrimination. She made it her mission to keep the immigrant community in Georgia informed about their rights under the Fair Housing Act. She now makes it her mission to make sure that members of the immigrant community in the DMV (D.C., Maryland, and Virginia) are well-informed about their rights and duties under our current and rapidly changing immigration laws.
