Adrian Myers is a partner at Torkin Manes LLP in Toronto, Ontario and a member of the firm’s Corporate Commercial, Private Equity and Venture Capital, and M&A groups. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, leveraged buyouts, debt and equity financings, corporate reorganizations, and the negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements.
Adrian advises clients across a broad range of industries on domestic and cross-border transactions and ongoing business matters. He regularly represents strategic buyers, private equity and venture capital funds, independent sponsors, and emerging and established companies in connection with acquisitions, divestitures, minority investments, growth equity investments, and venture capital transactions.
As part of his Private Equity Law and Leveraged Buyouts practice, Adrian acts for investors, management teams, and businesses involved in complex buyout and financing transactions.
