Also, he has represented sovereigns and investors in treaty based arbitration proceedings, particularly before ICSID.
He has been counsel in several of the largest arbitration cases in history held against PEMEX and CFE, and counsel in what is considered the largest commercial case in history in Mexico. Also, he has important experience in cases involving the maritime authorities in Mexico.

He has advised clients in public biddings and directs adjudications, and has assisted clients in clarification meetings and in the assembling of the economical, technical and legal proposals.
