Biography
Adina Comanita is a lawyer with extensive experience in commercial real estate law and legal management.
Adina has developed an in-depth expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial leases for all types of commercial properties, representing landlords and tenants. She has worked closely with the property management, leasing, accounting and marketing teams of several landlords, tenants, property managers and real estate brokerage firms. Her knowledge of all matters related to the management and operation of commercial properties and real estate brokerage allows her to offer legal advice that skillfully balances business objectives with law rules.
She also has experience in due diligence, drafting and negotiating commercial real estate purchase and sale offers, property management contracts and real estate brokerage contracts.
