Adam Ziri

Adam is a lawyer in the Emerging Technologies group at our Montréal office. His practice touches various fields, including venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions and the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements.

Adam is passionate about assisting his clients in navigating the legal challenges they face at each step of their development.

Adam obtained his LLM from the University of Tel-Aviv, where his thesis focused on exploring the intersection between blockchain technologies and access to justice.
