He is based in Sydney and Adelaide and has worked on projects throughout Australia, Asia, North America and Europe.
Adam advises on procurement and construction law, and on the negotiation, documentation and administration of major construction, PPP, infrastructure, civil engineering, residential, resources, power, transport, facilities management and maintenance projects. His work spans standard form and bespoke contract structures across the full development lifecycle, from procurement through to delivery and facilities management.
Adam’s matters include flagship commercial and mixed-use redevelopments, major university infrastructure programs, large-scale residential developments and resources sector remediation projects. He has advised on seven major university facilities, a landmark Circular Quay hotel and residential redevelopment, national residential and commercial programs for major property groups, and BHP’s major steel works remediation project on the Hunter River. His practice spans Australian jurisdictions and international projects.
