Adam is co-chair of the International Trade Commission (ITC) Section 337 Team. Adam’s ITC experience is incomparable, scoring major victories in patent, trademark, gray market, counterfeiting, unfair competition, and antitrust litigation before the ITC, obtaining exclusion orders against several respondents, obtaining the largest civil penalty awarded in ITC history, and defending a number of large companies on the defensive side. He has also represented several clients in proceedings before Customs and Border Protection (CBP). His practice involves a range of technologies, including mobile phones, cellular and video encoding, solid state (LED) lighting, industrial automation, digital television, medical products, and hydraulic fracturing.
