In his career, Adam Robertson has served as first and second chair in state and federal courts on matters related to real estate disputes, breaches of contracts, enforcement of commercial property restrictions, fiduciary breaches, and commercial personal injury. This diverse trial experience, in addition to his general litigation experiences, allows him to help his clients not only on the matters they are facing, but also unknown potential issues. Accordingly, Adam regularly assists clients on contract negotiations and disputes, business-related torts, employment-related lawsuits, construction defect allegations, real-estate disputes, enforcement of non-compete agreements, and personal injury claims.
Adam assists construction clients from contractors and owners, to architects, vendors and suppliers on various types of cases. Additionally, Adam uses his knowledge and experiences as a member of the Golf Course Builders Association of America, where he has made presentations to help members navigate legal issues faced on a daily basis.
Adam also proudly serves as a coach for the University of Houston Law Center’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Team and the University of Houston Law Center’s Mock Trial Team
