Adam R. Little CS

Adam Little is a partner at Oatley Vigmond LLP, where he represents individuals and families in Insurance Law and Personal Injury Litigation. Based in Barrie, Ontario, Adam has focused his legal practice on claims arising from motor vehicle accidents, medical negligence, occupiers’ liability, long-term disability matters, and other insurance disputes. He is a graduate of the University of Toronto and Queen’s University Faculty of Law and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2002.

Adam has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, including jury trials in the Superior Court of Justice and appeals before the Ontario Court of Appeal. In 2011, he was counsel in a case that resulted in the highest damages award in Ontario at that time for two young girls who lost their mother in a motor vehicle collision. His professional involvement includes serving as past president of the Simcoe County Law Association and receiving the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association’s Dean F. Edgell Award and Distinguished Service Award.

Adam has been listed in Best Lawyers since 2017. He is a frequent speaker at continuing legal education programs and is a co-author of the LexisNexis Practice Advisor Personal Injury Module, as well as a contributing author to the Personal Injury Practice Manual. Before joining Oatley Vigmond LLP in 2005, Adam practised at a Toronto litigation firm where his work included defending physicians in medical malpractice claims.
