Adam has significant courtroom experience, appearing at the Ontario Court of Justice, Ontario Superior Court and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. He is also certified in Collaborative Family Law. Adam has a particular interest in jurisdictional issues.
Adam presents at continuing legal education programs extensively in Ontario and nationally. Adam is a co-author of Unpacking Family Law for Practitioners (LexisNexis Canada) with Justice Melanie Kraft.
During his clerkship for the Senior Family Justice, the Associate Chief Justice, and the Judges of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Adam gained a broader perspective on family law advocacy from the other side of the bench.
