Adam Rabinowitz is a co-founder of Cohen Rabinowitz PLLC in San Antonio, Texas, where he represents clients in commercial real estate and other real estate matters. His practice includes real estate development, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, contract negotiations, and related business transactions.
Adam advises national and regional development firms, institutional investors, and businesses on real estate transactions and development projects involving mixed-use, multifamily, industrial, office, and retail properties. He works with clients on industry-specific agreements, project documentation, due diligence, and the legal issues that arise throughout the development and transaction process.
Before founding Cohen Rabinowitz PLLC, Adam was a shareholder at Hornberger Fuller Garza & Cohen from 2018 to 2023, where he represented clients throughout Texas and across the United States. During his legal career, he has handled transactions with an aggregate value exceeding $1 billion. He previously practiced as a partner at Golden Steves & Gordon LLP and as an associate at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP.
