Biography

Adam Lederman, Esq., is a Partner at personal injury law firm Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C. in Teaneck, New Jersey. He is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney, a distinction held by less than two percent of all New Jersey licensed attorneys. From June 2024 to June 2025, Adam had the honor of serving as President of the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ), the largest trial lawyer association in the State of New Jersey. As President of NJAJ, he testified several times before the New Jersey Senate on issues that impact injured people and New Jersey consumers, and he now serves on NJAJ’s Executive Committee as a Past President.

Adam brings a remarkable depth and breadth of experience and knowledge to each case. Many of his cases are referred to him by other attorneys who are not experts in personal injury matters. Adam Lederman is proud to have earned a reputation for treating his clients “like family” and consistently going “beyond the call of duty” to make sure his clients are satisfied with their legal representation.

As a top New Jersey trial attorney for nearly 20 years, Adam Lederman leads a team of lawyers and has represented thousands of clients in personal injury cases, including motor vehicle, motorcycle, bus, and truck crashes, pedestrian accidents, bicycle and e-bike claims, workplace accidents, and other complex injury and negligence matters. He has also won substantial settlements and verdicts in fall-down and premises liability cases, representing clients on a contingency fee basis and fighting for the full and fair compensation they deserve for the losses they have suffered.

Adam Lederman graduated from New York University with an undergraduate degree in Sociology and minored in Law and Society. After college, he earned his Juris Doctorate Law degree from Rutgers School of Law, and became admitted to practice law before both New Jersey and New York State Courts.

As part of his service to the New Jersey Association for Justice, Adam has lectured to hundreds of lawyers in attendance for continuing legal education credits about topics regarding representing clients in civil cases involving motor vehicle collisions, wrongful deaths, slip, trip and fall down cases, construction site fatalities, and truck, bus and motorcycle accidents. He has also lectured about discovery, trial techniques, pre-suit legal investigative strategies, and has had speaking engagements for bar association’s continued attorney education programs on topics such as strategic motion practice. He is a member of the American Association for Justice and the New Jersey State Bar Association and has been published in the New Jersey Law Journal.

Adam has been an active member of the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ) for nearly two decades, having joined as a first-year law student. In 2009, Adam became Co-Chairman of the New Lawyers Section of NJAJ, which has grown considerably over the years. In 2016, Adam joined NJAJ’s Executive Committee and was appointed to NJAJ’s Board of Governors, where he earned the distinction of serving as the Board’s youngest member. In 2024, Adam was installed as the organization’s President and currently serves on the Executive Committee as NJAJ’s Immediate Past President. Adam has also served in other leadership capacities, including Program Chair of multiple deposition and trial examination colleges. In this role, Adam has helped to plan and execute the New Jersey Association for Justice’s annual Meadowlands and Boardwalk conferences.

Adam has been recognized by Best Lawyers beginning in 2025. This recognition is based on peer-review surveys reflecting the professional evaluations of attorneys practicing in the same geographic region and practice area.
