Adam D. Cahn is a litigator with decades of experience representing individuals and families in personal injury litigation and Legal malpractice matters throughout New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Since beginning his legal career in 1994, he has handled complex cases in both state and federal courts, advocating for clients in matters involving catastrophic injuries, negligence claims, and wrongful conduct.

Mr. Cahn’s practice includes Personal Injury Litigation - Plaintiffs, with experience handling cases involving general negligence stemming from automobile accidents and premises liability, catastrophic injuries and wrongful death, legal malpractice, products liability, medical malpractice, construction accidents, traumatic brain injuries, CRPS/RSD injuries, lead paint exposure, and sexual assault. He has secured significant verdicts and settlements for clients across New York and is known for his thorough approach to trial preparation and courtroom advocacy.
