Adam is a member of Rainey, Kizer, Reviere & Bell PLC and previously served as the Firm’s Business Group Practice Leader. He joined the Firm in 2003 after graduating from the University of Tennessee College of Law, where he concentrated his studies on business transactions.

Based in Jackson, Tennessee, Adam represents banks and businesses throughout West Tennessee in a wide range of matters, including commercial litigation, business transactions, and collection-related issues. His work involves advising clients on practical legal strategies that support day-to-day operations and long-term business goals.

In addition to his business and commercial litigation practice, Adam assists individuals and families with estate planning, conservatorships, and probate matters. He works closely with clients to address legal needs with careful attention to detail and an understanding of the personal and financial considerations involved.
