Adam Kutinsky is a trial attorney in his twenty-first year of practice and exclusively represents policyholders and other claimants in disputes with insurance companies. He is the former chairperson of the State Bar of Michigan Insurance & Indemnity Section and a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation which is a designation reserved for only 1% of all practicing attorneys in each jurisdiction. Mr. Kutinsky is one of only a handful of Michigan attorneys in private practice who hold the premier insurance designation Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU®) and is a frequent contributor to State Bar of Michigan publications and continuing education programs.
