Aaron Zerykier

Aaron E. Zerykier is a commercial litigation attorney with more than 20 years of experience representing businesses and professionals in complex disputes. Based in Uniondale, New York, he practices with Rivkin Radler LLP and represents clients in federal and state courts throughout New York. Aaron’s work includes matters involving construction disputes, business dissolutions, shareholder and partnership disputes, real estate conflicts, and business tort claims.

A significant portion of Aaron’s practice involves Construction Law. He represents participants across the construction industry, including real estate developers and property owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals, as well as public entities. His work frequently involves contract disputes, project-related claims, and litigation arising from large and mid-sized construction projects.

Aaron also advises clients in disputes involving closely held companies, including business divorce matters and conflicts among co-owners.
