Aaron practices corporate and commercial law with a focus on real estate development, bank lending, and wills and estates. He advises companies, developers, financial institutions, and private clients on a range of corporate transactions, real estate matters, and estate planning needs.

Aaron’s corporate and commercial practice includes advising on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, corporate reorganizations, and other significant corporate transactions. He regularly drafts and negotiates shareholder agreements, limited partnership agreements, joint venture arrangements, and a variety of other commercial contracts.

In his real estate practice, Aaron acts for clients on acquisitions, dispositions, financings, development projects, and commercial leasing matters, providing end-to-end legal support for real property transactions.
