Biography
Aaron Whyte is a trusted advisor in commercial real estate matters. Aaron represents real estate funds, developers, private equity companies, joint venture partners, and financial institutions in all aspects of acquisitions and dispositions, finance, leasing and real estate development. He also assists clients with various corporate matters.
As an associate in Gould & Ratner’s Real Estate Practice, his experience includes advising on complex real estate transactions and development projects, as well as supporting clients with various corporate matters.
Before joining Gould & Ratner, Aaron gained valuable experience as an associate at a large global law firm, where he worked on high-profile real estate matters. Admitted to the Wisconsin, Florida, and Minnesota bars, Aaron earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
