Aaron M. English

Aaron M. English is a Partner and Chair of the Commercial Real Estate Group at Torkin Manes LLP in Toronto, Ontario. His Real Estate Law practice focuses on representing developers and builders in all stages of condominium and subdivision developments, including the acquisition, financing, development and sale of lands, units and lots.

Aaron advises clients on a broad range of residential and commercial condominium development matters. He prepares disclosure documentation and agreements of purchase and sale for new home and condominium projects, and negotiates joint venture, limited partnership and co-ownership agreements, as well as development and construction management agreements. He also assists clients with land titles applications and guides them through the registration process for condominium and subdivision developments. Aaron works closely with clients and their consultants throughout each stage of a project to help facilitate efficient and practical solutions.

In addition to his development practice, Aaron advises clients on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, sale, financing and leasing of commercial properties. He regularly negotiates agreements of purchase and sale, commercial leases, and loan and security documentation for purchasers, vendors, landlords, tenants, lenders and borrowers.
