Aaron D. Boeder became a member of the Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard P.C., legal team in 2010, focusing his practice in the areas of medical malpractice, catastrophic injury, mass torts and wrongful death cases.

- $79.85 million jury verdict for the family of a 10-year-old girl who was killed following an unauthorized Chicago Police Department pursuit in Chicago's Auburn Gresham neighborhood
- $45 million settlement for a teenage boy who suffered catastrophic brain injuries following a crash stemming from an improper Chicago Police Department pursuit
- $27 million settlement for the family of a mother of six who was killed in a collision stemming from a police pursuit
- $22 million settlement for the family of a 25-year-old man who was killed in a West Side crash stemming from a dangerous vehicle pursuit
- $21.05 million jury verdict for a woman who suffered a spinal injury in a Maywood, Illinois, car crash
- $20.5 million jury verdict for a young Indiana girl in remission from leukemia who died from morphine toxicity caused by medications prescribed by her healthcare providers
- $19.5 million settlement for a client who was struck by a forklift at Chicago's McCormick Place Convention Center, following a $15.2 million jury verdict
- $11.25 million jury verdict for a young boy whose mother was killed in a motor vehicle collision in Rockford
According to the Jury Verdict Reporter, the $79.85 million verdict and $45 million settlement are the highest reported results for police pursuit crashes in Illinois. Mr. Boeder's results extend beyond police pursuit cases, including significant medical malpractice and catastrophic injury verdicts and settlements.
In recognition of his outstanding legal work, Mr. Boeder was recognized in the 2021 edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch and has subsequently been named to Best Lawyers in America for Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs and Product Liability Litigation – Plaintiffs every year since 2022. He has also been recognized by Illinois Super Lawyers every year since 2015. In 2020, he was named to Law Bulletin Media's “40 Under Forty” list, recognizing leading up-and-coming attorneys in Illinois. From 2015 through 2021, he was named an Emerging Lawyer by Law Bulletin Media. In 2022, he was honored as a Leading Lawyer by Law Bulletin Media, an honor reserved for less than 5% of lawyers licensed in each state.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Boeder served as an officer in the Army National Guard and was deployed to Kosovo as part of a peacekeeping mission. During law school, he gained valuable courtroom and litigation experience while serving as a judicial extern for the Honorable James F. Holderman, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and as a legal extern with the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Illinois. He also practiced with the Cook County State's Attorney's Office as an Illinois Supreme Court Rule 711 law clerk.
Mr. Boeder graduated cum laude from The Ohio State University in 2003 and earned his law degree from DePaul University College of Law in 2010. He is admitted to practice law in Illinois and before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois.
Mr. Boeder belongs to the Chicago Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, Illinois Trial Lawyers Association and American Association for Justice.
