Biography

Neal Graham is an attorney with Harris Shelton PLLC in Memphis, Tennessee whose practice centers on business transactions, Health Care Law, and Tax Law. He assists clients with structuring and tax considerations related to business operations, transactions, and organizational planning.

In addition, Neal has experience with corporate finance and public finance debt transactions, representing issuers, borrowers, and underwriters or placement agents. He has also represented both lenders and borrowers in commercial real estate finance matters.
