A. Neal "Neal" Graham

A. Neal Graham is a member of the firm of Harris Shelton Hanover Walsh, PLLC and focuses his legal practice on corporate, tax and regulatory issues applicable to real estate and business transactions. He has extensive experience in representing nonprofit and for profit entities in connection with various types of legal issues, including, but not limited to, mergers and acquisitions and the issuance of equity and debt securities.

Mr. Graham received his B.B.A. in accountancy (May 1978) and his Juris Doctor (August 1980) from the University of Mississippi, and also received a LL.M. in Taxation (August 1983) from the University of Florida. He is a certified public accountant and has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Mississippi School of Accountancy and School of Law. He has also served as a frequent lecturer at various seminars on health care, corporate and tax related topics.
