A. Neal "Neal" Graham

Neal Graham is an attorney with Harris Shelton PLLC in Memphis, Tennessee whose practice centers on business transactions, Health Care Law, and Tax Law. In addition, Neal has experience with corporate finance and public finance debt transactions, representing issuers, borrowers, and underwriters or placement agents. He has also represented both lenders and borrowers in commercial real estate finance matters.
