Andrew Cason "Casey" Geiger
Trial Attorney — Catastrophic Injury, Medical Malpractice & Wrongful Death
Casey Geiger is a Georgia trial lawyer who represents individuals and families across Georgia, Tennessee, and the surrounding southeast after life-changing injuries and wrongful death caused by negligence, defective products, and corporate misconduct. Since returning to his home state in 2017, he has built Geiger Legal Group's litigation practice into one of the region's premier personal injury trial teams — growing the firm from two attorneys and a single paralegal to six attorneys and more than 25 staff members.
Notable Case Results
Casey has tried numerous cases to jury verdict and secured eight-figure and seven-figure recoveries for his clients. In July 2025, he obtained a $15.2 million jury verdict in Cobb County for a young woman injured by a drunk driver — one of the largest verdicts in Georgia history for a personal injury case that did not involve a death or surgery. He has also resolved a wide range of high-stakes claims through settlement, including a $4 million confidential resolution for a catastrophically injured client, a $1.25 million motor vehicle collision claim, a $1 million dram shop case involving minors, and numerous other seven-figure and high six-figure recoveries in auto and trucking litigation.
Areas of Practice

- Product Liability
Before returning to Georgia, Casey litigated large-scale product liability and personal injury cases in Colorado, representing hundreds of clients harmed by defective drugs, medical devices, and serious motor vehicle crashes — experience that continues to shape how he builds complex, high-stakes cases today.
Trial Philosophy
Casey approaches every case with a trial-first mindset: from day one, he is preparing to tell his client's story to a jury. He and his team are known for compelling use of visuals, exhibits, and cohesive courtroom narrative that helps jurors understand not just what happened, but why it matters — an approach that consistently drives strong outcomes, whether at trial or the negotiating table.
Recognition & Professional Involvement
Casey has been recognized by Best Lawyers in Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs, alongside earlier honors including Super Lawyers Rising Star, Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch, and National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40. He is an active member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association (GTLA) and the American Association for Justice (AAJ), has spoken to bar associations and professional groups on trial advocacy, and is a 2018 graduate of the Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program.
Personal Life
Casey lives in Woodstock, Georgia, with his wife, Linnea, and their two sons, Walter and Theo. The family spends much of its time outdoors — skiing, mountain biking, swimming, and exploring new places — and returns each summer to Stockholm, Sweden, to visit Linnea's family. Casey brings the same curiosity and empathy he values at home into his work: "To be a good lawyer, you must always be curious — always ask why, and always try to understand another person's perspective."
