Ughi e Nunziante is one of the longest-established Italian law firms. Founded in 1969, the firm has offices in Rome and Milan and is currently made up of around 70 lawyers.

At the end of the sixties, during a time of deep cultural and social changes, a group of attorneys with international work experience made a brave choice: through one of the first law firm mergers in Italy, they put together their experience to offer a multi-practice firm with offices both in Rome and Milan.

Over the years, we have worked hard to keep and promote the values which have allowed us to become leaders in the provision of legal advice to multinationals, small and medium-sized companies, companies at the early stages of

international development, financial institutions, governments and public organizations.

We always strive for excellence, through a practical approach, attentive to the needs of clients and the specific features of the market sector in which they operate.

We have set up a structure which enables us to provide full-service assistance, without having to renounce to the direct and trust-based relationship which we aim to build with our clients on a long-term basis.

In line with our founders’ spirit, we have strengthened our international focus, remained fully independent and established relations with a growing network of law firms capable of ensuring the necessary support in all major jurisdictions.
