Gilda Turitz is a full time independent arbitrator, mediator and discovery referee who specializes in resolving business-related disputes of all types between companies and/or individuals.

Formerly a business trial lawyer representing parties in such disputes, and with over 30 years of experience as an arbitrator and mediator, Gilda brings a wealth of legal and practical experience to her work as a neutral.

She has been recognized by peer-reviewed organizations for excellence in her practice, including being inducted as a Fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators (CCA) and of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and twice being named the San Francisco Arbitration “Lawyer of the Year” by Best Lawyers in America® for 2023 and 2019.
