Since our founding in 2009, our attorneys have secured the payment of nearly $22 million dollars to the families of New York State Retirees, fought to assure victim’s rights were secured in litigation claims and defended individuals and entities subjected to unjust claims for compensation. We handle all phases of litigation including mediation, arbitration, trials and appeals and advise clients in all corporate and personal legal matters.
