Our business lawyers have substantial experience working on transactions throughout Europe, the US and Asia and special knowledge and experience of business and investment between Australia and China, spanning both cultures and their legal systems.

Moulis Legal was founded by our principal partner, Daniel Moulis, in 2005 on his return to Canberra from the Freehills Sydney partnership, now Herbert Smith Freehills. Since then Moulis Legal and individual lawyers within the firm have been highly ranked by respected peer review agencies Chambers & Partners, Who’s Who Legal and Best Lawyers.
