Founded in 2014, Mason Law & Mediation provides highly-skilled and holistic mediation, collaborative law, settlement negotiation, and legal coaching services to individuals, couples and families in New York and California.

At its core, our approach recognizes that the vast majority of legal matters are not resolved by a judge but by the parties’ own agreement. In light of that, our lawyers and mediators have been trained to focus solely on supporting our clients in reaching the best possible resolution, rather than preparing to win at trial.
