Founding Partner Brian Breiter has more than 30 years of experience representing plaintiffs in personal injury and wrongful death litigation. Licensed in both California and Florida and fluent in Spanish, Mr. Breiter represents clients throughout both states.
Mr. Breiter is a Lifetime Fellow of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and has achieved Advocate status, recognizing attorneys who have tried at least 50 jury trials to verdict. Mr. Breiter has tried nearly 100 jury trials. He has also been nominated for CAALA Trial Lawyer of the Year and selected to Super Lawyers for multiple consecutive years in Southern California and South Florida.
In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Breiter created the Improv for Trial program, which incorporates principles of improvisation, storytelling, active listening, adaptability, and communication into courtroom advocacy.
Drawing from more than three decades as both a trial lawyer and professional actor, Mr. Breiter teaches lawyers how to communicate clearly, respond effectively in real time, and present a compelling and genuine narrative before judges and juries.
Mr. Breiter has taught these concepts to attorneys throughout the country and has served as an adjunct professor at Pepperdine Law School, where he taught Improvisational Mediation to lawyers, mediators, and judges. He has also taught at the University of Calgary School of Law.
