Our founder and Principal Attorney, Bruna Frota, is well versed in business immigration and has experience in U.S. immigration with large multinational corporations and regional companies in the oil & gas, pharmaceutical, technology and engineering industries. Her experience encompasses assessing clients’ U.S. migration needs, developing and facilitating short and long-term migration strategies.

Attorney Bruna Frota also assist high-skilled individuals, executives and managers obtain self-sponsored visas and green cards such as EB-1 Extraordinary Ability, EB-1 Outstanding Professors and Researches, EB-2 Labor Certification, EB-2 National Interest Waiver and EB-3 Labor Certification and Schedule A.

She worked for leading immigration law firms, such as Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP and De Mott, McChesney, Curtright and Armendáriz LLP, before opening her own practice. She also worked as an Immigration Attorney for a leading relocation company: Santa Fe Relocation. Bruna Frota has a team of paralegals and of counsels delivering outstanding customer service to our clients. Attorney Bruna Frota also serves as the General Counsel for the Consulate General of Brazil in Houston and Tramontina USA, Inc.
