Gielow Groom Terpstra & McEvoy is a boutique law firm that concentrates its practice on the representation of businesses, business owners and entrepreneurs. We offer deep experience in business, real estate, environmental, litigation and family law matters. We combine our experience and expertise with the most efficient technology, systems and staffing models to deliver timely and quality legal services at an affordable price. Our focus on specific areas of law enhances our expertise and eliminates the expense of a learning curve. We price our services so that our clients can afford to leverage our experience without fear of having their matter delegated to less experienced lawyers.

Our attorneys have varied backgrounds and specialties, but share a common vision for the practice of law. We believe that the traditional law firm model is broken. Today’s modern law firm must deliver rapid, relevant assistance without breaking the budget. We borrowed from the manufacturing “lean” model and established our firm with a commitment to deliver outstanding legal service with reduced cost at the provider level. Our rates are on-average much lower than our counterparts in larger law firms, and in light of our cost structure, we can be creative with our billing models.

We are tech savvy lawyers, using computers, smart phones, iPads and cutting-edge programs to provide rapid response to our clients’ needs. We are accessible after normal business hours and monitor emails when out of the office. We have modern trial presentation software for jury trials. Our goal is to have a paperless office. We will provide invoices online and at the conclusion of your matter can provide your “files” to you on a CD or flash drive. Due to our low cost structure, we are happy to discuss alternative billing arrangements. What distinguishes us from our competitors is that we understand the importance of the bottom line—yours, not ours. Our use of advanced technology minimizes overhead resulting in more reasonable rates than the traditional law firm, without compromising technical skill or experience.
