DEL-Law is the result of the vision of Mr Christophe Delmarcelle of human resources management services. Throughout his career, he has oscillated between labour law and tax law, considering that all matters affecting workers (Belgian and international taxation, social security, privacy, immigration, etc.) must be covered for optimum service to the client.
DEL-Law started operating in July 2020 and has been acting in all HR fields including labor law, compensation & benefits and privacy matters for major corporate players (Lenovo, Euronext, Honeywell, Antalis), international associations, Belgian companies as well as executives.
DEL-Law currently counts 7 lawyers all specialized in employment matters. It operates in 5 languages including French, Dutch, English, Japanese or Spanish.
